 A minimum of two recitals are scheduled every year at the Parasky Flute Studios. They normally take place in both December and May and all students are encouraged to play. There are numerous educational and personal benefits towards participating, but most important is the perpetuation of live music making!
As always, these each count as a lesson but no longer require a recital fee since the newly established registration fee covers all additional recital costs.
The next full studio recital is scheduled for December 15, 2008. Students will be assigned to the 5 p.m. or 7 p.m. recital. These concerts will be held at Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church in Murrysville.
