Parasky Flute Studios: 2008-2009 School Year Term

The 2008-2009 School Year Term begins on Tuesday, Sept 2, 2008 and runs until Saturday, June 13, 2009. A total of 37 events have been scheduled which include 35 lessons and 2 recitals. Students are expected to attend all 37 events of the school year term. If a cancellation is necessary, then 24 hours advance notice must be given for a make up lesson to be scheduled. If students cancel short of this time period, then make ups will be available in specially scheduled group classes.

Lessons are available in Murrysville on the following days/times. Unlike the summer term, your time slot will be the same each week.

Murrysville Studio

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
2:30-9:30 p.m.

Fridays
2:30-5:30 p.m.

Flute Choir
Advanced Flute Choir is open to grades 8-12 and will meet for rehearsals on Thursdays from 5:15-6:00 pm at the Murrysville Studio. Tuition is $100 per term and is due September 4th and January 8th.

Intermediate Flute Choir is open to grades 5-7 and will meet for rehearsals on Thursdays from 4:00-4:30 pm at the Murrysville Studio. Tuition is $75 per term and is due September 4th and January 8th.

Both ensembles will accommodate up to 16 members and there are a minimum of two performances per school year for flute choirs. Please note that both groups have new names, age ranges and are meeting on different days than last year.

Tuition
You have the option of paying in two equal installments due in September and January or in 10 monthly budget payments due at the first scheduled lesson of each month from September - June. Installment payments include a savings of $40 from the total cost of tuition. The listed prices include the discount.

30 minute lessons: 2 installments of $405 10 budget payments of $85

45 minute lessons: 2 installments of $605 10 budget payments of $125

60 minute lessons: 2 installments of $830 10 budget payments of $170
